Registered e-mail (KEP) is a secure e-mail service with legal validity, where the content and time of the transmitted e-mails cannot be changed, the sender and receiver identities are clear, and confirms whether the e-mail has been forwarded to the other party.
Data Integrity
An e-mail is transmitted with attachments, using e-signature and timestamp, and its content is not altered by others,

Authentication
Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) is a secure email service. The use of electronic signature in the KEP system guarantees that the person is himself.

Irrefutability
Submission, delivery and read time are recorded in the KEP system with a timestamp and cannot be changed. Even if your post is not read by the recipient, it is considered read after 24 hours.

Providing Evidence
It "guarantees" to keep information such as sender, receiver, transmission time regarding the messages and to deliver them to the parties.
