What is e-Producer Receipt ?
The e-producer is the electronic equivalent of the producer's receipt, which is required to be issued by farmers or wholesalers who already create a book, for the products they buy from taxpayers who do not.

It is exactly the same as the e-Archive infrastructure. The only difference is that a digital printout cannot be given to the farmer, only a paper printout, it is reported to the IOP until 24:00 the next day, it can be canceled beforehand. The farmer can verify by entering the receipt number on the RA website. If there is no internet facility at the place where the product is purchased, the preliminary paper document is filled and delivered. Afterwards, the system is entered and the output is delivered to the farmer at the next product purchase.

Who can switch to e-Mustahsil?
Those who purchase goods from farmers who are not subject to tax in the real method, who are the first and second class merchants in Article 235 of the Tax Procedure Law, and those whose earnings are determined by the simple method and who are obliged to keep a book, can switch to the E-Producer Receipt Application.
