What is e-Waybill ?
e-Waybill is a type of document produced and submitted electronically with the same valid qualifications as the paper-cut “waybill” document. E-Waybill will be applied in 2 ways. Sending directly from the system to the E-Waybill taxpayer and sending from the common TIN to the non-E-Waybill taxpayer.

Its technical infrastructure and operation is similar to E-Invoice, it is a closed system, that is, its sender and receiver send and receive with connection to RA or private integrator systems.

In the moments of access to the waybills prepared in the past or during the inspection and control, the time to reach the E-Waybills in the electronic environment is measured in seconds.

There is a barcode on the e-Waybill, and the road police can access the details of the waybill by reading the digital or paper barcode on the driver's mobile phone using hand terminals.

Since the E-Waybill will be associated with the license plate information of the trucks and integrated with the weight measuring stations, transportation will be possible without stopping the trucks.

Who can switch to e-Waybill?
The waybill application is not only a document issued by companies that sell goods. In cases where a taxpayer carries it between multiple workplaces and branches or sends it to a broker or other intermediary for sale, the goods must be attached to the delivery note by the sender.

In other words, if the taxpayers included in the E-Waybill application have more than one warehouse, store or workplace and the goods traffic between these locations is high, they will be able to issue an E-Waybill as the addressee and get rid of the printed waybill traffic.
