What is e-Signature?
Electronic signature is a digital application that replaces wet signature in any process you apply officially. Electronic signature, which has the same characteristics as wet signature in terms of its legal qualities, does not have a specific form like wet signature.

e-Signature Benefits
E-signature according to Electronic Signature Law No. 5070;
“It refers to electronic data that is attached to another electronic data or has a logical connection with another electronic data and is used for authentication purposes.”

Legal Validity
E-signature has the same legal validity as wet signature.

Undeniable
E-signature guarantees that the information sent in electronic transactions does not change on the way, belongs to the sender and cannot be denied.

Guarantee
E-signature guarantees the accuracy of the identity information of the persons in the transactions realized in the electronic environment.

Individual Private
E-signature is created on behalf of real persons. E-signature cannot be created on behalf of the institution.
