e-Signature Renewal

Electronic signature (e-Signature) created based on Qualified Electronic Certificate (QEC) is a secure electronic signature. In accordance with the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, "secure electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature".

Since e-Signature can be used as equivalent to a handwritten signature, it has provided a great opportunity to carry out transactions carried out on paper in a secure and legal way in electronic environment.

The e-Signature renewal application is made online by the user from the Ayyıldız application while the current e-Signature certificate is attached to the computer.

The renewal application can be made at the earliest 30 days before the expiry date of the existing e-Signature certificate. Renewal applications cannot be made with e-signatures that have expired.

The user is reminded of the expiry date of the e-Signature certificate by informative e-mails sent to the registered e-mail address 30 and 10 days before.
