What is e-Invoice?
E-Invoice, also referred to as electronic invoice, is the issuance of invoices issued by taxpayers for products and services sold electronically instead of paper. e-Invoice can only be issued electronically with technological devices and over the internet. e-Invoice is much cheaper, faster and more advantageous than paper invoices. In addition, it is obligatory for taxpayers with certain conditions to use e-invoice.

What are the Transition Conditions?
Anyone can switch to the e-invoice system upon request. Those who are obliged to switch to the e-Invoice system; Taxpayers whose gross revenues exceed 4 million TL in 2021 and 3 million TL in 2022 and thereafter, those who manufacture and import products covered by SCT, and taxpayers who have obtained a license from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority to operate on products covered by SCT. In addition to e-Invoice, the use of E-Archive Invoice is also carried out within the conditions determined by the RA.
