What is e-Ledger ?
E-Ledger is the preparation of journal and general ledgers in electronic file format, which are obligatory to be kept in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code, recording them without printing, sending them to the Revenue Administration with electronic signature, and recording the certificates signed and approved by the Presidency. and the accuracy of the source is guaranteed and used as conclusive evidence before the relevant parties.

After a company starts using the E-Ledger application, it does not send the content to the Revenue Administration (GİB). In other words, the accounting records are not transferred to the GİB. Instead, the information that is accepted as a summary and called a certificate is sent to the GİB. It provides this with applications such as electronic signatures for natural persons and financial seals for companies, namely legal entities.

Who can switch to e-Ledger?
Real and legal persons who want to create, save, preserve and submit their books in electronic environment can switch to E-Ledger at any time without any endorsement or invoice amount limitation.
There are two types of E-Ledger users.
The first type of users are those who switch to E-Ledger within the scope of necessity. If you have exceeded the annual turnover limit announced by the government, you will become a compulsory E-Invoice taxpayer and you must complete your transition to the E-Ledger as of the beginning of the following year.
The second type is the voluntary E-Ledger user.
