What is e-Archive Invoice ?
It is a type of digital invoice sent in PDF format to any e-mail address or SMS number notified by the corporate and individual customers of the companies who have not switched to E-Invoice, and stored for 10 years in electronic environment, open to online access.
Taxpayers can use the E-Archive Invoice application in two ways, either through their own data processing system or through a private integrator data processing system that has received permission from the Presidency.
E-Invoice payers and E-Archive Invoice payers are exactly the same.

What are the Differences between e-Invoice and e-Archive Invoice?
E-Invoice is sent only to taxpayers who have been transferred to E-Invoice.
E-Archive Invoice is sent to all institutions and individuals who do not receive an E-Invoice.
The E-Invoice is delivered to the addressee via the GIB via the E-Invoice closed-circuit system, the sender and the receiver can transact with their users over this system, so the RA is immediately informed, it cannot be canceled, but the addressee can reject or refund.
E-Archive The invoice is sent to the addressee by e-mail or SMS, and reported to the Revenue Administration until 24:00 the next day.
